Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Closing Crew Lead to oversee the safe and efficient closing of swimming pools for our clients. As the Pool Closing Crew Lead, you will coordinate and supervise a team responsible for preparing pools for off-season, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standards. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, uphold safety protocols, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your winterization, practical and technical skills to deliver top-quality results. Full G license with clean abstract is an asset.

Duties

- Lead and coordinate a team of with an assistant during pool closing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to company standards
- Oversee the cleaning, winterization, and secure covering of pools while adhering to safety guidelines
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, to perform tasks such as winterization and closing of swimming pools properly




- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and take photos and upload on every job to our app we us Company Cam
- Train team members on proper techniques for pool closing

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems relevant to pool equipment or lighting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a crew effectively while maintaining safety standards
- Solid communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers
