Responsibilities

- Design and deliver customized English lessons that align with each student’s learning objectives and proficiency levels
- Use interactive teaching methods to make lessons engaging, lively, and effective
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs, learning styles, and feedback
- Maintain transparent communication with students and parents or guardians regarding progress and areas for development
- Create a positive,

- Keep detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance for ongoing evaluation

Experience

- Proven experience working with children or young learners in an educational setting
- Prior tutoring experience in English or related language instruction preferred
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage diverse learning needs effectively
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies suitable for different age groups and skill levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds
