Role : Process Engineer

Experience :: 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Transformation, and Operational Excellence. (preferably BFS)

Mandatory Skills :: Expertise in process discovery, BPMN modeling, ARIS, Signavio, value stream mapping, and AS-IS / TO-BE process design.

- 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Transformation, and Operational Excellence. (preferably BFS)
- Expertise in process discovery, BPMN modeling, ARIS, Signavio, value stream mapping, and AS-IS / TO-BE process design.
- Proven track record in process re-engineering, workflow optimization, and automation-led transformation leveraging Pega, Camunda, Power Platform, and RPA solutions.
- Solid in communication & experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining Target Operating Models (TOM), conducting gap analysis, and driving enterprise process modernization initiatives.
- Skilled in establishing process governance, KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement programs that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
