We are seeking a Procurement Assistant – Consumables to support day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities within our operations.

The Opportunity

This role works closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure operational consumables are available when needed while maintaining accurate purchasing, inventory, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and process purchase orders for consumables and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Track supplier deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Process goods receipts and maintain purchasing records.
- Reconcile purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
- Support vendor setup and supplier performance monitoring.
- Assist with procurement reporting and spend analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast inventory requirements.

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management,



Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of procurement, purchasing, inventory control, or administrative experience.
- Experience processing purchase orders, receiving documentation, and supplier coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $31.25-$36.05 per hour
