Mission Our client, a growing manufacturing company located on Montreal’s South Shore, is looking for a Demand Planner to support the evolution of its S&OP; process. Reporting to management, the Demand Planner will be responsible for demand forecasting, facilitating S&OP; demand reviews, and continuously improving planning processes. Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts.

- Analyze historical data, market trends, orders, and input from commercial teams.
- Identify gaps, risks,



and opportunities that may impact future demand.
- Contribute to the improvement, standardization, and automation of planning processes. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP;, IBP, or Supply Chain.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or planning systems; knowledge of D365 is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English.
