Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life by:

- Process, package, and label cannabis products according to Health Canada and company standards.
- Prepare production materials and ensure packaging, labels, and documentation are accurate.
- Complete production forms, data entry, and batch records accurately.
- Follow SOPs, Good Production Practices (GPP), and all safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain a safe, organized, audit-ready workspace.
- Wear required PPE and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other production and quality-related duties as required.





Experience:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable wearing masks, respirators, and hearing protection.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.
- Previous production or cannabis experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of GPP, GMP, or GAP is an asset.
- Must be able to read and write English clearly and accurately.
- Background check required.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
