As a Product Specialist at Capital Ford Lincoln your primary focus will be delivering a world-class luxury customer experience by specializing in the Lincoln brand. However, you will also leverage your versatile product knowledge to confidently showcase and sell the full Ford lineup, alongside a diverse selection of all automotive brands within our pre-owned inventory. This role is centered on education, authentic engagement, and trust ensuring every guest feels confident and truly excited about their purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Specialization & Versatility: Maintain an expert-level understanding of Lincoln craftsmanship and technology, while staying highly knowledgeable across the entire Ford lineup and our diverse used vehicle inventory.
- Curated Consultations: Engage guests in a polished manner to understand their lifestyle,



delivering immersive product walkthroughs and test drives tailored to the specific vehicle of interest.
- Articulate Value: Confidently explain high-tech features, vehicle histories, and unique brand benefits
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales consulting team to provide seamless product expertise during presentations and guest handovers for recent and pre-owned vehicles.
- Team Support: Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and customer workshops to keep the dealership team and guests deeply informed.

Qualifications

- Experience: Eexperience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer-facing sales is a strong asset.
- Client-First Mindset: Proven ability to deliver a polished, high-touch hospitality experience whether presenting a flagship luxury vehicle or a pre-owned model.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with a confident, engaging presentation style.
- Technical & Brand Adaptability: Skillful at translating complex tech into lifestyle-oriented benefits across various makes and models.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
