Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for providing product expertise on Wintegra’s custom vinyl windows and doors, including guiding customers, sales teams, and partners in selecting the right solutions for their projects. Day-to-day tasks include responding to product inquiries, preparing product configurations and quotations, supporting the sales process, and ensuring accurate product information across catalogs and digital channels.
The Product
Specialist will collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and improve product knowledge internally.
This position also involves gathering customer feedback and market insights to help refine product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Product specialization skills, including experience as a Product Specialist or in a related product-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret specifications, compare product options, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Clear and professional communication skills for working with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Customer service skills with a focus on building relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting long-term client satisfaction.
- Sales-related skills, including supporting sales representatives, identifying opportunities, and contributing to proposals.
- Knowledge of windows, doors, construction, or building materials is an asset, especially related to energy-efficient or Passive House standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across onsite and remote work.
- Comfort with CRM systems, order management tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Relevant education or training in construction technology, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field is beneficial.
