Truline Truss is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Production Assembler to join our award-winning team in Creston, BC. As part of our production team, you will assist in the assembly of roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products according to company procedures. Set up workstations and follow instructions from the Team Leader. Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Safely operate hand tools and production equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area following company safety standards. Work collaboratively with the production team and perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge &





Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or labour experience is an asset. Knowledge of building materials is an asset. Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure accurately. Ability to read and understand work orders. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Robust attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Pay
