Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role is based in St John’s, NL, and is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the facility.
The Production
Supervisor monitors production schedules, allocates labor and resources, and ensures that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role includes coaching and leading production team members, providing clear direction, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Supervisor collaborates closely with management and other departments to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position also involves maintaining accurate production records, reporting on performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and engaging production teams.
- Ability to manage production schedules and perform effective production planning.
- Knowledge of production management practices, including workflow optimization and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in foodservice or manufacturing environments is an asset.
- Understanding of workplace safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in operations, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work on-site in St John’s, NL, and adapt to changing production demands.
