Collision Repair Production Support

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Collision Repair Production Support to join our team.

This is a hybrid role that combines production coordination, parts, customer service, and estimating support. The ideal candidate understands how a collision repair shop operates and enjoys working with customers, technicians, suppliers, and insurance partners to keep repairs moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

Production Support

- Coordinate vehicle movement and repair progress from intake through completion.
- Work closely with technicians, estimators, and management to keep jobs on schedule.
- Participate in daily production meetings and follow up on outstanding items, delays, and approvals.
- Help maintain organized repair orders and support quality control and final delivery.

Parts Coordination

- Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts for vehicle repairs.
- Track parts orders, availability, backorders, and returns to minimize repair delays.
- Work with technicians and suppliers to ensure the right parts are available at the right time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts area.

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service throughout the repair process.
- Communicate repair progress, timelines, delays, and completion updates to customers.
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries while maintaining accurate customer records.
- Assist with appointments, vehicle drop-offs/pickups, and resolving customer concerns.

Estimating & Administrative Support

- Assist with estimates, supplements, photographs, repair orders, and insurance documentation.




- Communicate with insurance adjusters and help keep approvals and repair information up to date.
- Maintain accurate information in the shop management and estimating systems.
- Support general administrative and sales activities to help the shop achieve its goals.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in collision repair, automotive, dealership, parts, estimating, customer service, or a similar environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Positive computer skills and the ability to learn automotive management/estimating software.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Automotive or collision repair experience is strongly preferred.

Assets: Experience with Mitchell, Audatex, SGI claims, I-CAR, ASE, or collision repair management systems.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working around vehicles and a busy collision repair environment.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
