Centennial Windows & Doors is looking for a full-time Foam Injection Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain foam injection equipment used in the production of our high-quality vinyl window systems. Previous foam injection experience is not required, as training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities

- Set up and operate foam injection equipment
- Ensure correct materials and machine settings are used to meet specifications
- Inject foam into vinyl extrusion cavities as prescribed
- Troubleshoot foam injection equipment as required
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete work efficiently and according to company standards
- Operate a forklift for loading and unloading materials
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications - Required

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn recent equipment and processes




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and work with the Imperial system of measurement
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to safely lift and handle production materials as required

Assets

- Manufacturing or production experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery

The Successful Candidate Will Have

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset but is not required
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude
- Training provided to the successful candidate
