Salary: $60,000–$80,000 CAD

Join a growing Vancouver-based technology company developing IoT-enabled reusable-container solutions that help foodservice organizations reduce disposable packaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys building hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring products are ready for customers.

As a Production Technician, you will support the complete hardware build-to-ship lifecycle, assembling, testing, inspecting, documenting, and preparing IoT devices such as smart return bins, checkout devices, and scanning stations.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, configure, test, inspect, and prepare IoT hardware for shipment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Troubleshoot hardware, assembly, and product-quality issues.
- Document test results, defects, repairs, and production activities.
- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, assembly, and quality records.
- Keep the hardware lab organized, safe,



and production-ready.
- Identify and communicate supply-chain, inventory, quality, or production concerns.
- Independently resolve routine and non-standard problems while escalating issues when appropriate.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in hardware production, manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a related technical environment.
- Experience supporting products through assembly, testing, quality verification, and shipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a quality-focused mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and recordkeeping abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving production environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, BC.
