Production Worker

Position Overview

Production Worker is a flexible role that supports daily operations across mixing, cleaning, shipping, receiving, bagging line and order picking departments. This team member will be assigned based on operational needs and will report to the appropriate area lead or manager. Production Workers are responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, working safely, and supporting their teams with accuracy, speed, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties

- Assist in bagging, order picking, mixing, cleaning, shipping, and receiving tasks as assigned
- Build pallets safely and accurately according to standard procedures
- Follow written and verbal instructions related to recipes, packaging, and loading
- Always maintain a clean and organized workspace

Quality & Accuracy

- Pay close attention to detail to ensure correct products and materials are used
- Report any product quality concerns or issues to a lead or manager immediately
- Handle goods with care to minimize shrink, damage, and contamination

Teamwork & Communication





- Take directions from various leads depending on department assignment
- Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure workflow continuity
- Support a positive and respectful work workplace

Safety & Maintenance Support

- Work safely, follow company protocols, and wear all required PPE
- Report hazards or safety concerns promptly
- Safety footwear must be always worn
- Support equipment checks and basic maintenance reporting as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience in warehouse, production lines, or manufacturing roles preferred

- Forklift Experience is preffered
- Ability to work in various departments depending on business needs
- Physically capable of lifting 45lbs to 50lbs and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction from different supervisors

Working Conditions: This is a Full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility in task assignments and work areas. The role involves physical labor in a fast-paced, safety-focused production environment.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Pay: $17.80-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 44.0 per week
