Cleany Mississauga is Hiring: Professional Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who has strong residential cleaning experience and can also lead, train, and support other cleaners in maintaining Cleany’s quality standards.

Starting Rate: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

- Perform professional residential cleaning, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other assigned services
- Supervise and support cleaners while working on-site
- Train new cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, efficiency, and Cleany standards
- Conduct quality checks and ensure cleaning is completed thoroughly before leaving the property
- Help cleaners manage their time and complete assigned tasks within the scheduled service hours
- Identify areas that have been missed or require additional attention
- Communicate professionally with customers, cleaners, and the Cleany office team
- Report customer concerns, damages, supply issues, or other incidents promptly
- Assist with trial cleans and provide feedback on potential new cleaners
- Travel between customer locations as required
- Step in and assist with cleaning whenever necessary

Requirements
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience is required
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or training experience is an asset
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- Must be willing and able to travel between cleaning locations
- Must have basic professional cleaning supplies and equipment as required for assigned jobs
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual,



and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable providing direction and constructive feedback to cleaners
- Professional and respectful when communicating with customers and team members
- Able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Physically capable of performing residential cleaning duties
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps for schedules and communication
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

The ideal candidate notices the small details others may miss, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable coaching other cleaners when improvements are needed.

You should be someone who can walk into a home, assess what needs to be done, organize the team's priorities, and make sure the customer receives a consistent, high-quality service.
