Lead Program Manager – AI Strategy & Digital Core Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to join our Programs team to drive strategic AI efficiency and platform initiatives across Digital Core. This role acts as the central connective tissue between building teams and executive leadership, focusing on orchestration, tracking, and executive storytelling across two core pillars:

- AI-Enabled SDLC Efficiency: Process, tooling, and change management initiatives designed to enhance software delivery productivity.
- AI Platform & Enablement: Foundational services, architecture, and core capabilities supporting the enterprise AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Orchestration & Tracking: Consolidate complex, multi-team workstreams into clear execution roadmaps. Identify cross-functional dependencies, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain visibility into overall delivery status.
- Executive Storytelling & Reporting: Synthesize technical progress and metrics into cohesive, strategic narratives for executive stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge the gap between engineering teams and enterprise leadership,



cutting through noise and hype to keep focus on practical, measurable outcomes.
- Technical Engagement: Act as an informed partner to technical leads by rapidly absorbing complex architectural concepts and asking targeted, value-driven questions.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Program Leadership: Proven track record leading large-scale, complex technology programs with exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
- Technical Curiosity: Robust aptitude and enthusiasm for modern technology solutions, enabling effective dialogue with developers, architects, and AI innovators.
- Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated success translating technical details into leadership updates.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing practical framework controls.

Nice-to-Have Experience

- Direct experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and AI development teams.
- Background in financial services/banking, with familiarity with enterprise digital banking frameworks
