Service Period: Your report duty till April 2027

Places of Service: NT West location

Service hours: 45 hours per week, from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m., Monday to Friday.

Duties

1. To provide logistical support of programmes, ticketing, publicity and operation to the venue partners of the venue;
2. To promote image building and audience-building activities of organised by venue partners and to be responsible for managing the homepages and programme information uploading to electronic channels for the venue as well as to support compiling, editing and managing the distribution of the promotional materials submitted by the venue partners;
3. To assist in the preparation and compilation of the sponsorship proposals in relation to the Venue Partnership Scheme;
4. To compile year-end reports, evaluation reports and statistical reports and to assist in vetting the audited account reports submitted by the venue partners;
5. To prepare technical setup, logistics arrangement and documents for meeting with Committee on Venue Partnership; and
6. To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Qualification Requirement:

A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and be lawfully employable in Hong Kong:
2. Be a holder of Bachelor's degree;
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and be fluent in spoken Cantonese;
4. Have at least three (3) years' full-time post-qualification working experience, in which includes at least two (2) years' working experience in the field of performance and arts administration / cultural organisations / event or venue management (with working experience in the Leisure and Cultural Services Department performance venues office or programmes office would be an advantage);
5. Have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word processing and visual media software;
6. With experiences in website updating and enhancement;
7. Be pleasant, independent and have good interpersonal and communication skills;
8. Be attentive to details and positive at handling data work; and
9. Be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
