RESPONSABILITIES

- Complete and approve time sheets and expense reports, in accordance with the collective agreement

- Provide administrative support to the Project and Site Manager (scheduling, documentation, team communication)

- Manage site access clearances and client, Nucleom onboarding steps

- Coordinate technician schedules and project-related matters between internal and external stakeholders





- Support the setup of new projects and participate in meetings on scope of work and manpower requirements

- Participate in procurement, inventory, and equipment calibration processes

REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum of 2 years experience in various administrative tasks

- Experience with an ERP system is an asset

- CAPM or PMP an asset

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

- Good priority management and time management
- The person must be available to work on holidays (the day off will be taken at another time)
