We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Project Intern in Richmond Hill, ON.

This is an on-site position.

Role summary:

As a Project Intern, you will be part of a cooperative environment where you will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced industry professionals. You will gain hands-on experience using electronic validation tools while developing valuable skills that will support your professional growth. This role provides an opportunity to work in the dynamic fields of cell and gene therapy, vaccines, and biologics, gaining exposure to innovative technologies and contributing to projects that are helping shape the future of healthcare.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Execute scripts and protocols for commissioning, qualification, and validation activities under the guidance of senior team members.

- Coordinate project deliverables by liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion and alignment with project timelines.





- Prepare and distribute weekly status updates on document development and items pending client review.

- Support assigned project activities to meet project requirements, including providing status updates and reconciling timesheets.

- Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of templates, tools, reports, and databases.

Qualifications:

- Enrolled in an engineering or science program.

- Previous co-op experience in engineering, quality assurance and compliance in the pharmaceutical or bio pharmaceutical industry is an asset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and organization skills.

- This role is partially funded by the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) and applicants must meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Note: The salary for this position will be $20/hour.
