Role Description The Project Manager role at Atec Signs is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing signage projects from initial concept through fabrication, installation, and final inspection, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, and schedule requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating internal teams and external vendors, managing timelines and budgets, tracking materials and logistics, and resolving issues that may affect project scope or delivery.

The Project

Manager will communicate regularly with clients, provide status updates, document project progress, and support expediting activities to keep projects on track.



This role also involves reviewing technical drawings, aligning project plans with production capabilities, and maintaining accurate records for continuous improvement and future planning.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and management skills, including experience with Project Management and scheduling tools.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure materials, approvals, and deliverables move efficiently through all project phases.
- Inspection and quality control skills to verify that signage meets technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Logistics Management capabilities to organize shipping, installation schedules, and on-site resources across multiple locations.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present updates and negotiate solutions professionally.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or signage industries is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with project management software and common office tools (e.g., MS Office, collaborative platforms).
