This position requires a strong understanding of construction project management and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different locations and time zones. Siber's projects involve a combination of local construction activities and overseas manufacturing, requiring the Project Manager to maintain close coordination between clients, consultants, design teams, manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, subcontractors, and site teams.
The Project Manager will typically manage multiple projects concurrently and will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, budgets, procurement requirements, production milestones, installation sequencing, change management, and overall project performance.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within the building envelope, glazing, window wall, curtain wall, cladding, or related façade industry.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
•Manage multiple façade projects simultaneously from contract award through design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, deficiency completion, and final closeout.
•Develop and maintain overall project schedules, identifying key milestones, dependencies, critical-path activities, and long-lead items.
•Coordinate project requirements between clients, consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal departments.
•Review project documentation, contracts, specifications, drawings, schedules, and scope requirements to ensure contractual obligations are understood and achieved.
•Lead regular internal and external project meetings and ensure action items are documented, assigned, and completed.
•Proactively identify project risks, schedule constraints, coordination issues, and potential cost impacts before they affect project delivery.
•Maintain clear and accurate project records, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Overseas Manufacturing & Production Coordination
•Coordinate with Siber's overseas manufacturing partners and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
•Manage communication and coordination across multiple international time zones, including the ability to accommodate evening meetings when required.
•Establish and track manufacturing schedules to ensure production aligns with construction and installation requirements.
•Coordinate drawing approvals, material procurement, production releases, fabrication sequencing, quality requirements, packaging, shipping, and delivery milestones.
•Monitor overseas production progress and proactively address manufacturing or supply-chain issues that could impact the project schedule.
•Coordinate information between Siber's local project/design teams and overseas factories to ensure approved project requirements are accurately incorporated into production.
•Work with logistics teams to coordinate international shipping, container planning, customs requirements, delivery sequencing, and site logistics.
Design & Technical Coordination
•Coordinate shop drawings, engineering, samples, mock-ups, RFIs, submittals, and consultant reviews.
•Work closely with Siber's internal and external design teams to maintain drawing and approval schedules.
•Understand the relationship between design approvals, material procurement, manufacturing releases, shipping, and installation.
•Review project drawings and specifications for constructability, scope coordination, and potential conflicts.
•Coordinate façade interfaces with structure, waterproofing, membranes, cladding, doors, roofing, and adjacent building-envelope systems.
•Maintain awareness of applicable performance requirements, testing requirements, and project-specific façade specifications.
Financial & Commercial Management
•Establish, manage, and forecast project budgets.
•Track project costs, commitments, expenditures, and projected costs to completion.
•Monitor project profitability and identify potential cost overruns or financial risks.
•Manage change orders, RCOs, pricing requests, back charges, and other commercial changes.
•Identify and document changes in scope and ensure additional work is properly communicated and authorized.
•Review subcontractor and supplier pricing, invoices, and commitments as required.
•Support project billing, progress claims, schedules of values, and project financial reporting.
•Ensure contractual conditions, notice requirements, and commercial obligations are maintained throughout the project.
Construction & Installation
•Coordinate with site teams, installation crews, subcontractors, and general contractors to maintain installation schedules.
•Plan installation sequencing based on manufacturing, shipping, building readiness, access, and overall construction schedules.
•Monitor site progress and identify issues affecting productivity, quality, safety, or schedule.
•Coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment requirements, storage, hoisting, and installation logistics.
•Work closely with field management to resolve construction and coordination issues.
•Ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.
Quality, Testing & Closeout
•Coordinate with Siber's QA/QC team to ensure quality requirements are maintained throughout manufacturing and installation.
•Coordinate mock-ups, field testing, water testing, inspections,
and consultant reviews as required.
•Manage deficiencies and ensure corrective work is completed and documented.
•Coordinate project turnover documentation, warranties, closeout requirements, and final completion.
•Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and applying them to future projects.
Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
•Experience with building envelope, glazing, window wall, curtain wall, cladding, or façade systems is strongly preferred.
•Intermediate or greater understanding of window wall and curtain wall systems.

Skills & Attributes The successful candidate will be:
•Highly organized and capable of managing numerous priorities simultaneously.
•A strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, internal teams, and international manufacturing partners.
•Comfortable working across different cultures, and time zones.
•Proactive rather than reactive, with the ability to identify problems before they affect project cost or schedule.
•Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets, contracts, changes, and project risk.
•Technically capable of understanding façade drawings, details, interfaces, and construction requirements.
•Detail-oriented while maintaining an understanding of the overall project schedule and commercial objectives.
•Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of project outcomes.
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with Siber's design, construction, QA/QC, manufacturing, estimating, and management teams.
What Success Looks Like A successful Project Manager at Siber Façade Group maintains control of their projects from award through completion. They understand what needs to happen next, who is responsible for it, when it needs to happen, and what the cost or schedule impact will be if it does not happen.
They maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners while ensuring Siber's design, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams remain aligned.
Most importantly, they take ownership of their projects and proactively drive them forward rather than waiting for issues to arise.
