Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting form $100 per hour

Location : Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver small to medium real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all moving forward and prioritized as required
- Understand and map appropriate IT standards to Real Estate design
- Communicate with business partners, IT, Real Estate and external vendors effectively and with respect
- Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentation and store in compliance with team project repositor
- Track with meticulous detail project task, schedule, risk and budget status in all phases for every project
- Facilitate meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, and communication
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure project plans are well defined and execute
- Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree required




- 10 years of experience in Project Management required
- IT PM
- Real estate and infrastructure projects
- Strong technology background
- Jira
- MS excel
- Clarity
- Spreadsheet and reporting experience
- Video conferencing, technology currency projects would be nice to have
- PMP
