What you’ll do The Project Manager provides leadership and coordinates the planning, execution, and monitoring of small to mid‑sized projects across the Federation. This position ensures project activities are aligned with defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Project Manager contributes to effective communication, risk identification, task coordination, and the overall success of project deliverables while applying established project management practices.
What you’ll bring
- Undergraduate degree in business, project management, information technology, or a related field. Four or more years of experience supporting or managing projects, preferably in a cross‑functional environment. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- A PMP certification would be considered a strong asset.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain positive working relationships.
- Proficiency with productivity and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of organizational change management, risk management, and/or process improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Understanding of capital and operating budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and project financial controls.
