- Manage tooling execution with a focus on safety and communication
- Deliver design, procurement, testing, and refurbishment of tooling




- Maintain cooperative relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling processes
- Implement accurate cost and schedule metrics for project reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in nuclear industry experience
- 2+ years of engineered tooling expertise
- Familiarity with CANDU sites and work processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Engineering degree preferred but not required
