- Post and maintain property listings on portfolio websites and online marketing platforms

- Update property information, photos, and listing details as needed

- Assist with tenant management tasks, including responding to inquiries and coordinating requests

- Support daily administrative tasks related to property operations

- Maintain and update property and tenant records in the property management system

- Assist with organizing documents, communications, and property-related files

- Monitor incoming messages and help coordinate responses or follow-ups

- Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Hard Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative support

- Hands-on experience with AppFolio or similar property management software

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established workflows

- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes

Schedule:

- 30 hours per week

- Monday to Friday

- 9AM - 3PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Offer and Perks:

- Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour

- Week 8 onwards: $5 USD/hour
