We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HINDI/GUJARATI speaking female Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide high-quality care to a client in Milton ON. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence in a respectful and supportive setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized care such as dementia support.

Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support client at meal times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Provide recreation support for client
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members




- Assist with safe transfers and mobility exercises to prevent falls and promote independence
- Follow care plans diligently, ensuring all client needs are met with compassion and professionalism

Experience

- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly desirable
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia care is preferred
- Familiarity with light cleaning, and general home care tasks is beneficial
- Certification or training as a PSW is mandatory

This role requires a caring attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established care procedures. Applicants should be committed to providing respectful, patient-centered care that enhances the quality of life for each client. Pay: $22.00 per hour
