The Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid position combining in-person work at our Victoria office with virtual care. The caseload blends psychological assessment with evidence-based treatment, and you will have meaningful input into the balance that best fits your skills and interests.

What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, standardized testing, and integrated written reports
- Provide evidence-based individual treatment for a range of presentations, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, chronic pain, and adjustment concerns
- Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans, and communicate findings clearly to clients and referral sources
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in keeping with professional, ethical,



and privacy standards
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and community partners to support coordinated care

What We're Looking For

- Doctoral degree in clinical or counselling psychology, or equivalent
- Current registration in good standing as a Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Demonstrated competence in both psychological assessment and treatment
- Strong report-writing, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, culturally safe, and trauma-informed practice
- Skilled liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it
