The Quality Assurance

Technician is part of the Quality Assurance team. The technician performs in-house calibrations and coordinates external calibration services to ensure the accuracy and traceability of measurement equipment used across R&D;, production, and other areas of the company. This role reports directly to the Quality Assurance and Calibration Lead.

Calibrate, test, and repair various instruments and equipment, ensuring measurement reliability and accuracy in accordance with established calibration procedures and industry standards. Create, verify, and manage calibration data sheets for technical content, accuracy, and compliance with instrument specifications. Document calibration results and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Enter calibration data into CMMS databases and generate calibration certificates/work plans. Support calibration-related quality control activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



Graduate of Mechanical or Electronic Technician/Technologist program or equivalent. ~Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read schematics and follow detailed procedures. ~ Solid understanding of calibration standards and quality control methods. ~ ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or equivalent. ~ Experience in automotive, aerospace, or similar industries. ~ Proficient with Microsoft Office and calibration software tools.
