Receptionist – Velocity Ford, Moose Jaw

Velocity Ford is looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first voice and first face our customers meet. If you enjoy a busy front desk, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and like working with a team that appreciates you, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Thatcher Drive East location.

What you'll do

- Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to the right department
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Support the sales, service, and administrative teams with day-to-day office tasks
- Handle filing, data entry, and paperwork accurately and on schedule
- Keep the reception area welcoming and organized

What we're looking for

- Previous reception, front desk, or office experience
- Comfortable managing a multi-line phone system and a steady flow of customers
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely outgoing, helpful manner
- Well-organized with an eye for detail and solid time management




- A cooperative team player who stays calm and positive when the day gets busy
- Dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person

Schedule

- Tuesday through Saturday
- Every third Saturday of the month off
- Saturday availability is required for this role
