Position Description
As a member of the student records team, the incumbent is responsible got records duties such as entering student, program and course data into the student information system (SIS), including loading class information, processing change forms, verifying and producing credential documents, processing grade discrepancies, generating enrollment reports, and other records related functions. This role is also responsible for assisting with graduate clearing and processing, preparing credentials and other convocation related records duties.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
A minimum of a 1-year certificate or equivalent in Office Administration.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service or office environment.
Other Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
- Solid analytical thinking skills.
- Strong ability to review multiple data sources for accuracy of records.
- Experience with a student information system (i.e., People Soft, SIS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Formstack, and Outlook.
- Effectively communicates in both written and verbal communication.
Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements: The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location or work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy. Salary & Terms
- Support Group: Pay Band D
- Start Rate: $28.38/hour, plus 6% in lieu of vacation
