Employee Referral Reward Program

Eligible FT/PT Opportunities

- Registered Nurse
- Registered Practical Nurse
- Pharmacist
- Respiratory Therapists
- Occupational Therapists

Procedure

- You will need to "Apply Now" with the resume of the candidate you are referring.
- You will need to complete all sections of the application form with your information. Please select referral under "where did you hear about this position?" and fill out your name as the referral name. You must agree to have their name used when the Hospital contacts the candidate. The person being referred must not have been previously employed at CGMH.





- People Services will reach out to the candidate to confirm their interest in the position and initiate the Hospital’s first step in the recruitment process.
- Should the recruitment process result in the referred candidate being hired, 25% will be paid to the referring employee upon the current employees first day of work, 25% will be paid after the completion of their probation period as outlined in their offer letter, 25% will be paid after 1 year of service, and the balance will be paid after 2 years of service.
