The Big Task

You will diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Sub Tasks

Ability to operate tools and HVAC equipment safely. Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Be a supportive and versatile teammate. Keep your company truck clean, organized and stocked.

Ability to use our industry-leading service software. Participate in training allowing you to grow your skills and knowledge in the industry. Ability to work standard 8-hour shift, and/or flexible hours.
