About the RoleAs ATB’s next Branch Manager, you are a leader and innovator in the community.

You're a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference through your work. ATB branch managers run their branch like it’s their own business, and have direct responsibility for increasing revenues and profitability.You’ll push the limits of standard banking practices and thoroughly re-imagine customer experiences.You’ll be bold in pursuing new personal and business relationships.You’ll be a mentor who supports both the personal development and operational competency of the team.AccountabilitiesMake decisions based on your market and community,
