Contribute to financial excellence at Refresco as a Regional Plant Controller. Drive accuracy and integrity in financial results while overseeing regional operations and collaborating with plant management. As a Regional Plant Controller, you'll lead financial operations across multiple plants, ensuring compliance with IFRS and supporting effective decision-making through financial guidance.

Collaborating closely with Sr. Ops Directors and the plant management team, you will enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Your insights will play a vital role in optimizing operations and capital expenditure requests. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple plants
- Provide financial insights and compliance guidance




- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes weekly and quarterly
- Analyze and recommend process improvements for financial perks
- Support audits ensuring compliance with key controls

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting required
- Minimum 5 years' experience at Controller level
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation
- ERP System experience, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
