Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their specific concerns to develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals,



answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to continuously improve skills.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and listen actively to client needs.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a skilled setting.
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related wellness fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
