Kollectiv Health is growing, and we're looking for Registered Massage Therapists to join our team.

Massage therapy is a major part of what we do, and as our clinic continues to grow, we're ready to expand our RMT team with therapists looking for more than simply renting a room and working in isolation.

We're looking for RMTs who want to build a strong, consistent practice, develop their own areas of interest, and work alongside practitioners who genuinely believe that better care happens when we work together.

As an RMT at Kollectiv, you'll have:

- Commission-based compensation

We're looking for therapists who care about what they do.

You don't have to practise exactly like our existing RMTs. Actually, we'd prefer that you don't.

Every practitioner brings a different set of skills, education, experience and perspective to patient care, and that's a big part of what makes multidisciplinary practice valuable.

Maybe your thing is deep therapeutic work.

Maybe it's relaxation and nervous-system-focused treatment.

Maybe you love prenatal care, sports massage, headaches and TMJ, chronic pain, lymphatics, cupping, myofascial work or something we haven't even thought of yet.

Tell us what you love doing.

We're especially interested in RMTs who:

- Are registered and in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association
- Carry appropriate professional liability insurance
- Provide excellent, patient-centred care
- Are comfortable assessing and creating thoughtful treatment plans
- Understand the value of appropriate rebooking and continuity of care
- Are reliable and consistent with their availability
- Enjoy learning and developing their clinical skills




- Want to be part of a team rather than simply sharing clinic space
- Are interested in growing a long-term practice at Kollectiv

Experienced therapists are absolutely welcome, but newer RMTs shouldn't count themselves out. If you're clinically curious, motivated, great with people and excited about developing your practice, we'd like to meet you.

Compensation: Commission-based

Availability: Daytime, evening and weekend opportunities available

Pay: $70.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
