Overview
Join our dynamic team at ML Aesthetic Clinic, a medical aesthetics clinic focused on advanced skin health, personalized treatments, and exceptional client care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing safe, professional, and client-centered medical aesthetic services. You will work closely with our medical and aesthetic team to assess clients, support treatment planning, perform medical aesthetic procedures within your scope of practice, and ensure an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about medical aesthetics, skin health, client care, sales, and continuous learning, with the ability to combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments and medical histories to determine treatment suitability and identify contraindications.
- Participate in medical aesthetic consultations and collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and according to established clinical protocols.
- Administer aesthetic injections and other injectable treatments when appropriately trained and authorized.
- Support and/or perform treatments involving neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures, as applicable to your qualifications.
- Provide transparent pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and educate clients on proper aftercare.
- Monitor clients during and following treatments and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment notes, consent forms, and photographs.
- Follow strict infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical aestheticians, and other members of the clinic team to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct client follow-ups when required and monitor treatment progress and outcomes.
- Stay current with developments, techniques, products,
technologies, and best practices in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment and consistently deliver a high level of professionalism and client service.
Sales & Client Development
- Use a consultative and client-focused approach to understand each client's concerns, goals, and expectations.
- Confidently educate clients about appropriate medical aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and treatment plans.
- Recommend personalized treatments based on the client's clinical assessment and aesthetic goals.
- Clearly communicate treatment benefits, expectations, pricing, protocols, and aftercare.
- Build trust and establish strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional treatments, complementary services, and professional skincare products while maintaining an ethical and client-first approach.
- Follow up with clients to support treatment adherence, satisfaction, retention, and long-term results.
- Comfortably work toward individual and clinic sales objectives while maintaining clinical integrity and patient safety.
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Contribute to client retention and the overall growth of the clinic.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a related clinical setting is an asset.
- Experience with aesthetic injections, microneedling, PRP, laser treatments, or other medical aesthetic procedures is an asset.
- Strong understanding of anatomy,
skin health, infection prevention, medical terminology, and patient safety.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safe treatment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, consultation, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently recommend treatments and products based on client needs.
- Ability to work toward sales goals while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional, and personalized client care.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Willingness to learn and complete additional training for the clinic's medical aesthetic technologies, treatments, and protocols.
