Registered Nurse (RN)

Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | New Brunswick, NJ

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 and surrounding areas

Position Details

- Per diem position

- One-on-one client care

- Adaptable scheduling based on client needs

- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available

- Pay: $55.00 per hour

Qualifications

- Active New Jersey RN license

- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care

- Current BLS certification

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Physical examination completed within the past year





- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable

- MMR immunization documentation

- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
