Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Release Management/Lead experience.
- Strong Release Management, Change Management (ITIL), CAB, and Production Governance experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment coordination.
- Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking, fintech, or regulated-environment experience preferred.

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end Release Management, CI/CD coordination, production change governance, and risk management for the BBHub platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage release calendars, scope, dependencies, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate deployments across Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
- Manage CAB, change management, production governance, approvals, and compliance.




- Assess release risks and maintain rollback/contingency plans.
- Lead go/no-go decisions, release readiness reviews, and post-release validation.
- Communicate release status, issues, and outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage release documentation using tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
