About Kelo AI Kelo AI builds custom AI systems, business software, automations, websites and marketing systems for businesses. Our solutions include AI Front Desk agents, AI estimating systems, AI operations systems, marketing automation, custom software, websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more. We are growing our sales team and looking for confident people who are comfortable speaking with business owners.

What You’ll Do You’ll contact businesses and start conversations with owners and decision-makers. Your goal is not to hard-close the customer. Your job is to identify businesses that may have a problem Kelo can solve and book a qualified sales meeting with our closer.

You will

- Cold call business owners
- Speak with owners and decision-makers
- Ask simple business-discovery questions
- Identify problems such as missed calls, slow estimates, admin overload, poor follow-up or lack of leads
- Book qualified sales appointments
- Follow up with prospects
- Keep accurate notes in Kelo Sales Pro
- Add owner/contact information you discover
- Learn Kelo’s AI and software products We Help You Find People to Call Kelo can provide:
- Business names
- Phone numbers
- Websites
- Industry information
- Owner/decision-maker names when available
- Emails when available
- Sales triggers and business information
- CRM and sales tools
- Scripts and training You can also source additional prospects yourself.





Performance Expectations

Our standard performance expectation after the initial ramp period is approximately: 250 legitimate outbound calls per week 5 qualified meetings that actually show per week Strong performers should aim for 8+ shows per week. We care about real attended meetings, not filling the calendar with poor-quality appointments.

Compensation $30 CAD for every qualified first sales meeting that actually shows.

Example: 5 shows/week = $150/week 8 shows/week = $240/week 10 shows/week = $300/week There is no cap on the number of qualified shows you can produce. Contractors are paid every 2 weeks.
