Pathlion Staffing Careers is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fully remote, full time role serving US/Canada markets. You’ll drive creative testing, translate insights into winning ad concepts, and coordinate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to scale performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
You’ll own the full creative strategy loop and develop data-backed hypotheses, writing precise briefs and maintaining a high creative bar while delivering
