One Agency is adding motivated professionals to our growing remote team. We’re looking for individuals who are confident working with people, motivated by results, and interested in developing a long-term career in a performance-focused environment. As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with prospective clients through scheduled virtual appointments, learn what they’re looking for, introduce available benefit solutions, and help them choose options that align with their individual needs.

Previous experience in the industry is not required. Recent representatives receive training, coaching, and continued support as they learn the position. What You'll Be Responsible For You'll manage client conversations from the initial appointment through the application process while developing relationships that extend beyond the first interaction.

Your responsibilities will include: Meet with prospective clients through scheduled phone and video appointments Build rapport and create a professional client experience Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities Introduce and explain available benefit solutions Provide recommendations based on each client's circumstances Answer questions and address concerns throughout the process Assist clients in completing applications and enrollment Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients Provide continued assistance to existing clients Conduct periodic reviews and identify changing client needs Keep client information and appointment records organized Participate in virtual meetings, training, and coaching Work consistently toward individual performance objectives What We're Looking For We're interested in individuals who are motivated to improve, willing to be coached, and comfortable taking responsibility for their own results.
