- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and polished to meet quality standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies inventory to ensure all necessary materials are available for each shift
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful, and qualified at all times
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete multiple appointments within designated periods
- Basic knowledge of cooking is advantageous for assisting with light meal preparations if needed
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards
