Role & Responsibilities:

- Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, parking areas, and security systems.
- Control and verify access for residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
- Provide skilled and courteous concierge services to residents and guests.
- Monitor CCTV and respond appropriately to security concerns, alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Conduct building patrols and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance issues, or property damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, visitor records, incident reports, and shift handover notes.
- Manage deliveries, visitor registration, elevator bookings, move-ins/move-outs, and amenity access as required.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
- Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with emergency services, property management, and contractors as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all building policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence




- Previous security, concierge, customer service, or residential building experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation, judgment, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, courteous, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer and security-system skills.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
