The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A ftermarket Supplier Account Manager - Equipment & Systems to join our A220 Customer Service team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the entire Customer Service and Procurement organization to support A220 operators.
You will be part of the Fleet Efficiency team , which is responsible for ensuring the safe and economical operation of the A220 fleet in service.
Reporting to the Head of Supplier Support Management and Continuous Improvement of the A220 Fleet Efficiency team, you will work directly with the aftermarket supplier management team based in Toulouse, France, to support A220 operators.
As an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager - Equipment & Systems , you will serve as the primary interface for Airbus to drive the performance of suppliers and service providers within the support and services ecosystem.

Votre profil:
- Formation et Expérience : Titulaire d’un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (ex. Génie aéronautique, Gestion de projet ou de Fournisseurs) ou expérience équivalente, vous cumulez au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de Fournisseurs, programme ou leadership de projet dans un milieu technique ou aéronautique ;
- État d’esprit proactif et dynamique avec un sens aigu de l’initiative;
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement distant et multi-fuseaux horaires en tant que seul membre de l’équipe à Montréal (avec toute l’équipe basée à Toulouse);
- Leadership éprouvé et compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de favoriser la collaboration interfonctionnelle;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, avec un fort esprit d’équipe et une attitude positive;
- Négociateur qualifié avec des compétences éprouvées en persuasion et en influence, capable de gérer des relations complexes avec les fournisseurs;
- Très organisé, rigoureux et réactif, avec de bonnes capacités de gestion de projet;
- Solides compétences en résilience et en gestion du stress;
- La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est indispensable.

Your boarding pass:
- Education & Experience: Holder of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aeronautical Engineering, Project or Supplier Management) or equivalent experience, you have at least 10 years of experience in Supplier, program, or project management in a technical or aeronautical environment;
- Proactive & dynamic mindset with a strong sense of drive and initiative;
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-time-zone environment as the sole team member in Montreal (with the entire team based in Toulouse);
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team-player and positive attitude;
- Skilled negotiator with proven persuasion and influencing skills, capable of managing complex supplier relationships;
- Highly organized, rigorous, and reactive, with good project management capabilities;
- Strong resilience and stress management skills;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
