Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Assist shoppers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering detailed product demos when applicable
- Manage cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately




- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked and merchandised to attract customers
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and explaining product benefits effectively
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services with excellent phone etiquette
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, merchandising, and basic math for pricing adjustments

Skills

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales preferred, with a knack for product demonstrations and technical explanations
- Proven ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that drive sales
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
