Windy Point Soap Making Supplies is looking for a dynamic and reliable Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team!

As we head into our busy season, we are looking to add an additional team member to help support our growing retail and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying busy, and contributing wherever needed.

This position is approximately 15–20 hours per week. Candidates MUST be available to work Tuesdays and Saturdays.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their purchases
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and accurately process cash and card transactions
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Assist with restocking products, merchandising, and inventory management
- Help customers locate products and provide general product information

Secondary Responsibilities: When needed, this position may also assist with warehouse operations, including:
- Breaking down bulk products into smaller sizes for resale
- Picking and packing online orders for shipping
- Restocking inventory and assisting with general warehouse organization

What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred




- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Comfortable learning about a wide variety of products
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash
- A reliable team player who is willing to jump in where needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Monday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidates MUST be available to work Tuesdays and Saturdays.

This is a part time position averaging approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods.

We are located at 14, 6125 12th Street SE, Calgary.
