Core Responsibilities of an authorized Rogers Solutions Representative

- Introduce Rogers products and telecommunications services while highlighting relevant features and benefits.
- Connect with customers through friendly, professional conversations to understand their needs and service preferences.
- Present available plans, features, promotions, and service options in a clear and engaging manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Build robust customer relationships through attentive communication, trust, and consistent service.
- Guide customers through enrollment and other service-related processes while ensuring a smooth experience.




- Collaborate with teammates to support daily sales objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance.

What We’re Looking For in a Rogers Solutions Representative

- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with a variety of customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well with others.
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
