About the Role

Route Service Representatives are the face of Chipman on the road. You'll manage a dedicated service route, delivering and picking up uniforms, entry mats, linens, first aid supplies, and washroom products for our customers. It's a job that combines driving, physical work, customer relationships, and independence. No two days look exactly the same.

What You'll Do

- Drive a 16ft box van to complete your assigned route safely and efficiently
- Deliver and pick up uniforms, floor mats, linens, first aid cabinets, and paper and soap products on a recurring schedule
- Load and unload your vehicle, ensuring accurate inventory counts at each stop
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through friendly, professional service
- Address customer questions or concerns on-site and escalate issues when needed
- Track deliveries, pickups, and inventory using provided technology and paperwork
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety protocols





What You Bring

- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence (or equivalent) with a clean driving abstract (required)
- Comfortable driving a 16ft box van in urban and suburban settings
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous route delivery, logistics, or customer-facing experience is an asset
