Must Haves:

- Strong hands-on experience developing up-to-date React and TypeScript applications with SMART on FHIR applications embedded within EMRs, including SMART launch, launch context, fhirContext, and FHIR read and write operations and Experience implementing event-driven healthcare integration using FHIR Pub/Sub or FHIR Subscription patterns and supporting messaging services.
- Experience designing and developing FHIR R4/R4B and REST APIs supporting healthcare provider, service, organization, practitioner, location, and eReferral workflows.
- Experience implementing FHIRCast-based context synchronization or equivalent healthcare context management patterns, including support for Ontario CMS standards.
- Experience implementing advanced provider and service search using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including semantic search, relevance tuning, filtering, and intelligent search suggestions.
- Experience integrating applications with NetIQ using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based access control.
